The rules we keep
- Free report first. Every engagement is scoped from evidence about your store, never from a rate card.
- Fixes ship, or we say why not. Recommendations that stay in a slide deck are worth nothing. We implement, or we tell you plainly what blocks it.
- Numbers over adjectives. Rankings, citations and conversion rates get measured before and after. If something did not move, the report says so.
- No lock-in. Month to month. If the numbers stop justifying the fee, stop paying it.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no claims we cannot source. What you see cited on this site links to something real.
