Is this the same as AIOps?
No. AIOps is an IT industry term for using AI to manage servers and incidents. Wattle Labs AI operations is about running the business systems we install: search visibility monitors, conversion tracking, ad creative pipelines, email flows. Business outcomes, not infrastructure dashboards.
What does an AI operations consultant actually do each month?
Reads what the monitors caught, ships the fixes that matter, retires what stopped paying, and writes you one plain-English report: what moved, what we did, what happens next. You get the compounding benefit of systems that are actually maintained, without hiring for it.
Can you operate systems we already have?
Usually, after a foundations review. If your automations live in tools we work with (Shopify, Klaviyo, n8n, Zapier, Make and the rest of our stack), we can take over the running and reporting. Anything fragile gets rebuilt properly first, and we will tell you which is which for free.
